DESCRIPTION:
In this 25 minute meditation, you will begin by opening your Heart Chakra and Crown Chakra to help you connect with the light and love of God. Once your chakras have been opened, you will be guided through a magical rainforest that is blooming with life. You will encounter many amazing things on your adventure, and you will receive Divine guidance along the way.
Toward the end of the meditation, you will have the opportunity to step underneath an enchanted waterfall that can bring you physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Although the imagery in this meditation is symbolic, the intention behind it is VERY REAL. This experience can activate miraculous healing in your mind, body and soul.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Throughout your journey, you will picture everything that is being described in your mind’s eye with as much detail as possible. Allow yourself to see, hear and feel everything as if you are truly there in physical form. Immerse yourself completely in the experience and surrender to the Divine. There will be certain parts of the meditation where you will be asked to tune into your own intuitive guidance. Simply notice what comes into your awareness. Your Spirit Guides will work with you during this process and provide you with visions, feelings or messages that you are meant to receive. Once you are done listening to the meditation, you can read the worksheet that goes along with this meditation to help you interpret the meaning of what you saw, heard or felt during your experience.
