After lying down in a luxurious meditation bed, you will be given a warm neck wrap, a warm eye mask and a Selenite Crystal Wand to hold. Class will begin with a soothing Sound Journey that will include Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and other high vibrational instruments.
Next, you will listen to a Guided Meditation that will help you tune into your Heart Chakra so that you can identify and energetically remove any blockages. You will engage in a powerful visualization that will allow you to heal parts of your heart chakra that have been emotionally damaged by previous trauma, betrayal or loss.
During this meditation, you will receive a Reiki Healing, from Reiki Master – Tara Noelle Poey. This Reiki Healing will allow divine light and love to flow through your body, bringing you feelings of peace and joy.
