DESCRIPTION:
In this 28 minute meditation, you will begin by opening your Heart Chakra and Crown Chakra to help you connect with the light and love of God. Once your chakras have been opened, you will be guided through a joyful meditation which will take you on a hot air balloon ride to connect with and re-awaken your inner child.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Throughout your journey, you will picture everything that is being described in your mind’s eye with as much detail as possible. Allow yourself to see, hear and feel everything as if you are truly there in physical form. Immerse yourself completely in the experience and surrender to the Divine. There will be certain parts of the meditation where you will be asked to tune into your own intuitive guidance. Simply notice what comes into your awareness. Your Spirit Guides will work with you during this process and provide you with visions, feelings or messages that you are meant to receive. Once you are done listening to the meditation, you can read the worksheet that goes along with this meditation to help you interpret the meaning of what you saw, heard or felt during your experience.
