ONLINE EMPOWERMENT MEDITATION
In this Empowerment Meditation, you will be guided through a Heart Chakra opening exercise and a Crown Chakra opening exercise to help you connect with the light and love of God. Once your chakras have been opened, you will activate your imagination and begin exploring your own private island. As you listen to the sounds of crashing waves, and feel the sand between your toes, you will surrender to a state of total relaxation. You will take a tour around your beautiful island and discover many things that make you feel inspired and empowered. You will begin to see yourself in a new light, as your courage and confidence grow.
Throughout your journey, you will picture everything that is being described in your mind’s eye with as much detail as possible. Allow yourself to see, hear and feel everything as if you are truly there in physical form. Immerse yourself completely in the experience and surrender to the Divine. There will be certain parts of the meditation where you will be asked to tune into your own intuitive guidance. Simply notice what comes into your awareness. Your Spirit Guides will work with you during this process and provide you with visions, feelings or messages that you are meant to receive. Once you are done listening to the meditation, you can read the worksheet that goes along with this meditation to help you interpret the meaning of what you saw, heard or felt during your experience.
