What is Reiki? Reiki is a technique used for relaxation, stress reduction, chakra clearing and healing of the mind, body and soul. It is based on the principle that there is an invisible life force energy flowing through you. This life force energy comes from God. When the flow of life force energy becomes weak (due to blockages in various chakras) you can experience physical or emotional problems, such as illness and anxiety. Reiki can help restore a balanced flow of energy throughout your body. It is a natural and safe method for personal healing and self improvement that everyone can benefit from.

My name is Tara Noelle Poey. As your instructor, I have a unique approach to Reiki, based on my own personal experience. When my infant son was diagnosed with advanced eye cancer and blindness, I received guidance directly from Spirit about how to heal my son by surrounding him with Reiki light and love. This experience, combined with my traditional training, has given me a unique skillset to share with my Reiki students.
In this class, I will teach you how to connect yourself to the light and love of God. This connection will bring you peace, joy and soul-level healing. I will show you how to use that connection to offer healing to yourself and others. This class will also include training in Aura Reading, Chakra Clearing and Distance Reiki. I will show you how to use a pendulum to assist in your healings, and I will teach you the sacred symbols of Reiki Levels 1 and 2 that can be used to amplify your healings. I will also give you an attunement which will align you with Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2 energy.
Upon completion of this class, you will receive a Reiki Level 1/2 Certificate, and you will be eligible to attend our monthly Reiki Gatherings at Miracles Wellness Center. Our community of healers is like a loving family that will embrace and support you on your spiritual journey.
