Indulge your senses during a truly unique meditation class at Miracles Wellness Center! At the beginning of class, you will be given a Glass SandScape to hold. You will tilt and turn the SandScape to see the sand fall in different patterns. Watching the sand flow and create beautiful pictures will help you feel calm and relaxed.
As you are making art with your SandScape, you will also be listening to a Sound Healing Meditation. This Sound Healing Meditation will include a variety of high vibrational instruments, such as Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, a Large Gong, Koshi Wind Chimes, Various Drums, a Rainstick, Crystal Pyramid, and more.
An added bonus of this class is Aromatherapy! After the Sound Healing Meditation, you will receive an Aromatherapy Inhaler Stick which is infused with Essential Oils. We will practice deep breathing techniques, and you will be able to take your inhaler home with you!
