When you arrive, you will lie down in a luxurious meditation bed as your senses are soothed with relaxing music and beautiful lights. You will be given a warm neck wrap and eye mask that are infused with essential oils and herbs. A selenite crystal wand will be provided for you to hold.
During this BRAND NEW Guided Meditation, you will learn how to choose faith over fear, so that you can stay centered in a feeling of peace during all circumstances in your life. This meditation will also help you unlock your inner power, so that you can release worry, anxiety and feelings of helplessness. You will begin to recognize that you have NOTHING to fear. You are safe, protected, supported and loved.
This class will also include a magical Sound Journey, including a variety of high vibrational instruments AND a Distance Reiki Healing from Reiki Master, Tara Noelle Poey. This Reiki Healing will infuse the light and love of God into your Aura.
An added bonus of this class is a personal Oracle Card Reading, which will give you a message from your Guardian Angels.
