CLASS DESCRIPTION:
THIS CLASS INCLUDES A SOUND JOURNEY, GUIDED MEDITATION, DISTANCE REIKI HEALING, AND A PERSONAL ORACLE CARD READING
Come experience ultimate relaxation and Divine connection at Miracles Wellness Center. When you first arrive, you will lay down in a luxurious meditation bed, with a warm neck wrap and eye pillow that have been infused with essential oils and herbs. You will also be given a Selenite crystal wand to hold.
As class begins, you will listen to the powerful vibrations of 7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. These vibrations will stimulate and open your 7 chakras. Next, you will be guided through a magical meditation intended to help you trust your journey. You will dive deep into your imagination on an “under the sea” adventure where you will release worry and connect with God’s love. You will also receive a Distance Reiki Healing during the meditation. This Healing will infuse Divine energy into your Aura.
After the meditation, your instructor, Tara Noelle Poey, will help you understand and interpret the messages and images you received while in your meditative state. An extra bonus of this class is an Oracle Card Reading which will give you a message from your Guardian Angels.
