CLASS DESCIPTION:
While you lay in a luxurious meditation bed with a warm neck wrap and eye mask, you will be guided through a past life regression meditation to help you recognize, understand and release karma and negative programming that has been stored in your subconscious mind from previous life experiences. You will also have the opportunity to discover helpful information about a past-life relationship that may be affecting your current relationships.
During the meditation, you will receive a Reiki Healing from Reiki Master, Tara Noelle Poey. This Reiki Healing is intended to infuse the light and love of God into your Aura. This class also includes a Sound Journey Experience using Crystal Singing Bowls and other high vibrational instruments to open and balance your chakras.
